Entry Requirements
 All foreign nationals except citizens of Egypt Syria Jordon and the Gulf countries require entry visas. Visitors from the EU, USA, and Canada can obtain visas at the airport. Upon arriving in Yemen, visitors must complete an immigration card. Visas can normally be extended, depending on the circumstances.
Visa requirements for Chinese passport holders:
- Completed application form
 Visa.doc
- Original passport, valid for at least six months after the date of intended departure from Yemen.
- Two recent color photographs. ( passport photos )
- For Business Visa requests: a letter from employer in Yemen, approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yemen. Upon approval, a letter will be faxed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Embassy of Yemen in Beijing.
- For Visiting Family, Relatives or Friends; A letter of invitation from friend, family or relatives in Yemen. This letter must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Yemen. Upon approval, a letter will be faxed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Embassy of Yemen in Beijing
- For Student Visa requests: a letter of acceptance from the institution in Yemen, indicating the type and duration of study.
- Health Certificate ( Medical Record or doctor's letter confirming the absence of any contagious diseases)
- Gratis visas are issued for diplomats posted to work in the diplomatic mission in Yemen or for those traveling to Yemen on official duty providing they have an official invitation. In all other cases, they are treated on a reciprocal basis.
- The Minimum Processing Time is (Two days).
Additional Requirements For Non-Chinese passport Holders and Travel Document Holders:
- Copy of Resident Permit Or Documents Of A Legal Status in The China.
- Original Letter From Employer.
